One of my favorite movies ever made. I jokingly used to use this as a litmus test for compatibility with dates, and am always trying to get people to watch it if they are in anyway horror movie fans.

Going into this movie not knowing much about it is such an incredible experience. I remember realizing Hemsworth was about to fly into the barrier right before it happened and audibly saying “oh, no fucking way” in the theater before dying laughing. Same thing when I realized they were about to release ALL the monsters and have the most epic monster extravaganza ever.
