As the Boston Police Department honors International Women’s Day, we celebrate the female leaders of our Department, our officers and the civilian members of BPD, past and present, for their contributions to our City and to our Department. As a department we continue to work to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.

Today and every day we celebrate the women of law enforcement here in Boston, across Massachusetts and around the nation who have dedicated their lives to protect and to serve. We salute you!
